Role Description:
As an Art Facilitator volunteer, you will play a crucial role in fostering creativity and personal growth among our participants. You will assist with free events providing card making and/or another recycled materials.
- Providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback to participants.
- Building rapport with participants, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where creativity can flourish.
- Logistics: Assisting with setup and cleanup of art materials and ensuring a safe and organised workspace.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for art and its ability to positively impact individuals.
- Previous experience in art instruction or facilitation is preferred but not required.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals.
- Reliable and committed to volunteering on a regular basis (specify hours or schedule if applicable). - Experience working with SEND adults and/or children prefferred.
