Crosspoint is a small local charity serving Westbury and neighbouring communities.
We are a close-knit team of 20 volunteers and 10 counsellors who provide services to local people in need of support.
- Completing forms for PIP, Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit, Blue Badges, etc.
- Helping check eligibility for benefits.
- Providing access to computers and printers.
- Communicating with other organisations and signposting where approprate.
- Setting up and/or updating CVs.
In 2024, Crosspoint had 850 visits from local people to its Welcome Centre in the Market Place, Westbury. We also provided a counselling service to 80 people who received a minimum of 12 sessions each.
However, due to ill health, we are now looking for a new Chair to lead the charity with the next stage of its development.
