Hours: Flexible – approx. 2 hours per week

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic volunteer to join our team as a Charity and Events Co-ordinator. In this role, you’ll help us build strong relationships with local charities, organisations, and event organisers in Bradford on Avon and surrounding areas. Your work will support our mission to connect the shop with the wider community and use creativity as a tool for engagement and social good. You will be mainly working from home, reporting to the directors, and out in the field connecting with charities and events organisers.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain partnerships with local charities and community groups

Identify and help organise opportunities for collaborative events, exhibitions, and fundraising activities

Represent the shop at relevant local events and networking opportunities

Work with the shop team to schedule and promote community engagement events

Help secure guest speakers, workshop leaders, or sponsors for special events
Skills & Qualities Needed

Friendly and confident communicator

Organised and good at managing time and relationships

Interested in community development, arts, and/or charitable work

Comfortable liaising with a variety of organisations and personalities

Experience in events or partnership work (helpful but not essential)
