Social isolation is a major cause of mental and physical illness. This role aims to support isolated adults in Corsham and the surrounding area to help people get back into community activity. Training and support is given to fill this important role.

Corsham Connections is a charity addressing adult social isolation in Corsham, Box, Lacock and surrounding villages.

We are a group of professional and volunteer members working alongside Corsham Town Council & Wiltshire Councils and are recruiting connectors now.
