Creative Lunch is an inclusive, creative space for older adults, people with dementia, and their carers to meet, chat, create and reminisce.

Using a theme each session the group create a work of visual art or craft, take part in a gentle creative seated dance session and share lunch together. Using a person-centred approach to delivering the classes means that they are suitable for everyone’s needs.

Bi-weekly friendly sessions explore themes using both visual art and creative seated dance, with professional artists Maria Lima, Sam Perry, Sarah or Kate as well as offering time for a chat over lunch. These longer sessions are intended to support carers as well as the people they care for.
