Harnham Memory Café meets on Thursdays from 10.30 - 12pm, rotating with Music and Movement for the Mind. As well as catching up with friends and speaking informally to dementia professionals, members can also enjoy singing, gentle exercise to music, talks and activities.
Please note, to help towards our costs we ask everyone to pay £5 on the door (or you can use our flexible Pay what you Can scheme).
