Join us for a relaxed, practical session led by Vicky Griffiths from South Western Ambulance Service, designed to help you feel more confident in responding to health emergencies in your community.

What we’ll cover:

  • How to recognise when someone is unwell
  • Basic life support, including CPR
  • Responding to falls and strokes
  • First aid and care for older people
  • When to call 999 vs contacting a GP
  • Other local support available

This is not a certified course, but a great opportunity to gain useful knowledge and ask questions in a supportive environment.

Free to attend and open to all voluntary sector staff and volunteers.
