We are a support group for people with Essential Tremor. We meet monthly in Salisbury. Please email for further details.

Over 2 million people in the UK have Essential Tremor. It is not life threatening but can be life limiting as it tends to worsen with age. Children can suffer from it but this is rare.  It is often genetic.

People with ET often struggle to carry drinks, to write and to undertake normal everyday activities.

Salisbury Shakers offers support to those with ET by meeting regularly to discuss or explore techniques and strategies to manage everyday life.
