I host a gentle Over 50s osteoporosis safe Pilates class on Wednesdays 10.45am at Bulford Village Hall.
The classes focus on:
- Balance
- Spine and joint mobility
- Posture
- Functional movement
My classes are listed with Wiltshire-based social prescribers who are looking to signpost patients to groups where they can improve their mobility alongside their mental health. The groups are a great opportunity to meet others in a similar situation to you and share your worries and experiences.
