Our School Aged Health Service is here to support all school and college aged children & young people (including those who are not attending school or in formal education) to help them reach their full potential, regardless of any health and wellbeing needs or challenges they may face.
Our goal is to:
- Support children & young people to build resilience so that they can enjoy their childhood and become healthy, confident adults.
- Offer confidential, personalised advice and support about a range of health and wellbeing topics.
- Collaborate with families, teachers and community members to create a supportive environment where every child & young person feels that they can ask for help and support when they need this.
- Provide health screenings at key stages of development (e.g., during key transitions such as starting school or college).
Our friendly team is here to listen, understand your story, and walk alongside you on your journey. We celebrate your strengths and are committed to helping you build the resilience to thrive!
