We offer 1:1 support to young people with mild to moderate mental health aged 16-25.
Our Transition Well-being Practitioners can offer bespoke support over 12 weekly sessions either face-to-face or virtually and can cover such areas as:
- Access to education employment and training
- Dealing with anxiety/stress
- Personal identity
- Physical health/Body image
- Recognising/Managing emotions
- Relationships/Social media
- Steps to wellbeing
- Social skills/Engagement
