Advice and guidance for organisations to help their clients with financial inclusion issues.

Wiltshire Money is a project managed and delivered by Wiltshire Citizens Advice.

We are the lead body for financial inclusion activity within Wiltshire, providing a network and strategic framework for organisations at local, regional and national levels to coordinate, collaborate and share knowledge.

We support organisations across Wiltshire so that they can provide the best information, advice and guidance to their clients regarding financial inclusion issues. This is particularly important as Wiltshire residents continue to be affected by the cost of living crisis.  

Every year, Wiltshire Money engages with members of staff across 130 organisations at the local, regional and national levels. This website contains information about Wiltshire Money, including who we are and what we do.

Information and Knowledge Sharing

• A regular newsletter for our members, containing useful information and resources for staff. You can see previous editions in the Wiltshire Money newsletter archive. 
• For links to further support for your clients see our Helpful Resources Section. You will also find useful links to further information, for example, looking after your Mental Health and links to Benefits Calculators.
• We also have an extensive list of locally available cost-of-living support compiled by our partners, Wiltshire Citizens Advice. 

Events and Training:

• Regular events and training opportunities to help develop your staff and keep them informed of any policy changes which might affect their clients’ financial capabilities.

Networking:

• Access to the Wiltshire Money network which enables your front-line staff to contact Wiltshire Money for help in finding the most appropriate organisations and support for their clients.
• Use of the Shout Out page to let the Wiltshire Money network know about your events and any changes or updates to your service.
