As well as benefiting employees, a healthy workplace is also better for your business. Businesses are more productive if they have workforces which are physically and mentally well.
As part of the Wiltshire Council Public Health Team, we can offer free support to Wiltshire businesses for workplace health, whatever their size.
The offer includes access to professional health coaches for 121 support or group sessions including:
- Emotional wellbeing
- Healthy eating and moving more, including weight management
- Support for giving up smoking and reducing drinking
- Individual health checks, including blood pressure checks.
The health coaches can attend businesses and offer in person, telephone, or video support to employers and employees. We can also offer courses including Mental Health awareness, Stress awareness, Mindfulness and more, also available in person or online.
