Portrait artist, retired engineer. Helping with some community admin.

Retired engineer, and now artist, and student of portrait drawing and painting at Sarum Studio, Salisbury. Making tracks with some portraits exhibited locally and regionally. 

Also help village administration with things I feel I can contribute following an international working life as an engineer and manager in the oil and gas industry in Europe, the Far East and Gulf region. 

European. Northern origins. Husband, father and grandfather with close family in the area. Cousins living in the north east, throughput Europe, the Med and Australia. 

Staggered by the disfunctional and irresponsible state of UK national media and politics. How long before there's realisation that the current form of national governance does not work, and there's the will to rebuild a well functioning nation - i.e. as in northern European states: adequate state provision built on the education and wealth creation to support it.
