Welcome to The RISE Trust

The RISE Trust provide Children’s Centres services for families in North Wiltshire with at least one child under the age of five. We have four children’s centres in Chippenham, Calne and Royal Wootton Bassett.

We offer non-judgemental, impartial, friendly support and advice. Our services are developed in response to community needs and we are always there for you! 

We do this by providing:

Outreach (one to one) support based on:

  • Parenting & child development
  • Domestic abuse & relationships
  • Money/ debt
  • Physical and mental health

Parenting, child development & relationship courses & sessions

Access to advice and support for:

  • Substance misuse
  • Physical and mental health
  • Employment and education
  • Antenatal & postnatal care including infant feeding

The RISE Trust also facilitates the below services:

  • Family Visiting Service
  • Contact Centre
  • Youth work and mentoring
  • Volunteering opportunities
  • Parent Support Advice
  • Preschools
