Hire the hall

Our hire rates are by the hour and we can offer regular or casual hire (minimum 2hrs) There's a reduced rate for residents of Burbage Parish (where hire is for non-business purposes or for events that don't involve any sales or charges to attendees) and you can have a bar for the adults and a bouncy castle (inside or out) for the kids.

The space

The hall can hold 120 seated or 150 standing up. We also have the following facilities:​

  • Disabled access
  • Ladies, gents and disabled WC
  • A stage area
  • Wooden dance floor area
  • Licensed bar (at additional cost, please see our alcohol policy)
  • Kitchen

There is ample parking to the front and side of the hall and Barn Meadow is also available for hire for sports, events or other outdoor activities. We have a large, blank off-white wall you can project onto, We also have chairs, tables and kitchen utensils available.​

You can add the following to your hire to make your event that bit more special:

  • A full bar
  • Live music
  • A bouncy castle
