I am currently looking for paid part-time employment and have volunteered for the Compassionate Connectors Scheme for Wessex Community Action as a COVID-19 helper. I supported local residents by being a befriender face-to-face and over the phone and collected and delivered their shopping and prescriptions. I really enjoyed doing the befriending part of the role so am looking for another organisation which offers this service to their clients.
