Volunteer Manager (South)

We are a registered charity care provider with 62 homes across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire & Lincolnshire. We support around 3500 residents at any one time and have around 4500 employees and this makes us one of the UK’s largest not-for-profit care providers.

We have a board of Trustees who are volunteers themselves and govern what we do. We have two sponsoring orders – The Venerable Order of St John & The Sovereign Order of Malta. (We are not connected to St John Ambulance!)

Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we have some amazing care teams delivering person centered care to our residents. Each home has a Home Manager and a Dep Home Manager who are responsible for everyone in the home and that includes volunteers.
