I'm a Registered Nurse looking to expand the Parish Nursing service in Salisbury

Hi, I'm Jane. I've lived and worked in Salisbury for 30 + years. My role when I first came to Salisbury was as an Intensive Care nurse for 25 years, and since then I have focused on the Educational side of health care, teaching Resuscitation skills to multidisciplinary health care professionals as well as other courses including a Communication skills course for staff. I have become involved with the Parish Nursing ministry in Salisbury, currently volunteering as a Befriender. Having now completed the Parish Nursing training I am now keen to get going in a professional capacity as a Parish Nurse, to help to meet the needs of the many lonely isolated and vulnerable people in our community. Using my Registered Nursing skills and experience alongside my Christian faith I hope to make a difference in people's lives by addressing their physical, mental and spiritual health care needs.
