I am a Professional Facilitator, Personal Coach, Relationship Counsellor and Mindfulness Teacher in private practice.

I am passionate about equipping people with tools to help themselves to promote good mental and emotional wellbeing.

As a member of the Rotary Club Of Royal Wootton Bassett & District I utilize my professional skills to serve my community.

I am currently running a weekly self-help support group in RWB to promote good mental wellbeing.

I am also a trained in Playlist For Life - music for dementia charity to run a Help Point to help people create a personal playlist for people living with dementia.

I am willing to offer one-on-one assistance and speak to groups and organisations about Playlist For Life.

I am also a district lead for Carers UK a charity that has formed an alliance recently with Rotary to use our respective networks to promote our organisations and to identify people who are unpaid carers and signpost them to Carers UK - a charity that offers a wide range of resources to support Carers.
