My name is Philip. I work for smash youth project (https://smashyouthproject.co.uk/).

I am based at Salisbury district hospital. I am supporting young people (11-24) who have attended the hospital frequently. It is a new role for me and for the hospital. I am looking to make links with people and groups with whom I will be able to assist them make themselves a better life. I spent the last 2 years working for Access Community Mental Health and previous to that was a secondary school teacher in the Salisbury area.
