Support and guidance for families, children and young people aged 0 to 19, or 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities.
For all families with a child 0-19 (25 SEND).
A mixture of evidence based interventions: parenting, attachment/trauma, early years, one to one family support, healthy lifestyles. Based on local need and shaped by families.
Delivered through: three flagship hubs, 21 spoke buildings, community buildings, and online through the All Together platform.
Multi-agency approach, linking together existing services and helping families (navigation) to access these.
Building community capacity, supporting grass roots delivery.
