I am passionate about giving our children the best start in life, especially when it comes to communication! Children start learning language from within the womb and need great environments and adults who engage in lively, exciting and meaningful ways in order for them to become great communicators. Without good communication skills, it is very hard to develop and become adept with the rest of the curriculum.
My current role enables me to support children and families across all of North Wiltshire. I currently support my Outreach Worker team and centre as well as having a key data manager role for the whole trust. It is an exciting time at the moment as Wiltshire starts to transform its current children’s centre services to a family hub model.
