White Horse Short Mat Bowls Club would like to thank Nick Beales of Meadow Grove Construction Ltd for sponsoring the Club and providing funds for us to purchase new shirts and jackets for our members.
The club has 2 venues one at Codford and one at Westbury. We play at Codford Village Hall on Tuesday evenings from 7pm to 9pm and at Heywood & Hawkeridge Village Hall on Sunday evenings from 7pm to 9pm all year around. During October to March we also hold an additional session at Codford on Thursday afternoon from 1:45pm to 3:45pm.
The club welcomes new members and is open to all ages, genders and ability. We can provide bowls too if necessary and have 2 qualified coaches in the club.
The club is affiliated to Wiltshire Short Mat Bowling Association and The English Short Mat Bowling Association and members play in the Wiltshire Short Mat Summer and Winter Leagues and a number of competitions during the year with some success.
