- Experienced professional person required for taking minutes at Charity Board and Committee meetings
- Paid freelance role (self-employed)
- Responsible for taking confidential, accurate and clear notes and producing well-formatted minutes in a timely manner
- Charity sector experience is desirable
- Shorthand is useful, although not required
- Meetings held both via Zoom and face to face, therefore some meetings will be in person
- Face to face meetings usually held in Bicester/Botley area, so may suit person located in Swindon/Wiltshire or other nearby areas
- Approx 12 scheduled meetings per year
