Training Programme for Affiliated Clubs
We provide a free training programme for affiliated members covering essential topics including:
Leadership Skills, First Aid, Safeguarding, Risk Assessment & Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Activity Planning, and Positive Behaviour Management. -
Start-up Support for New Youth Clubs
We offer guidance and advice to help new youth clubs get up and running safely and sustainably. -
Safe Practice and Insurance Guidance
We support clubs with developing risk assessments, establishing safe working practices, and can signpost to specialist youth club insurance providers. -
Free DBS Checks
We offer one free DBS check per club member for volunteers working with affiliated clubs. -
Access to Outdoor and Adventure Activities
Affiliated members can access a range of outdoor and adventure experiences through our Oxenwood site. -
Funding and Fundraising Support
We help clubs explore funding opportunities and develop ideas to raise money for their programmes and ongoing work. - Regular Newsletters and Updates
