Join us for our weekly Monday Morning Meditation, a calm and supportive space to relax, recharge, and focus on your wellbeing. Sessions include a range of practices such as mindfulness, chakra work, and Reiki for self-healing, guided in a gentle and accessible way.
This is a rolling programme, which means you can join at any time—no previous experience needed.
