Volunteers Managers' Forum

The Wiltshire Volunteer Managers' Forum was set up in 2019 to support volunteer managers and co-ordinators in their role, to share and develop best practice and to champion volunteering within Wiltshire.

The Forum is managed by a steering group of Volunteer Managers and supported by Wessex Community Action. Members of the steering group use their own experiences, skills, and knowledge as well as the feedback from forum members to develop a program of forum meetings that support local Voluntary Sector Volunteer Managers and co-ordinators in their practice.

Forum meetings provide an opportunity to:

  • Connect with others in similar roles.
  • Share experiences, challenges and ideas for learning and development.
  • Share news, developments, and guidance relevant to volunteering.
