Presentation by Dr Debra Gray
Reader in Social Psychology at the University of Winchester
Dr Debra Gray research focuses on developing a social psychological understanding of volunteering and community action, with a specific focus on the relationship between volunteering and social/group membership and how volunteering helps build community resilience and wellbeing. She currently leads the Volunteering Research Hub, which aims to bring together academics, practitioners and volunteers to develop a volunteering evidence base. Her current research looks at the experiences of those who volunteered during COVID-19.
