Alabaré Riverside Sanctuary is a confidential service aimed at anyone who is in a mental health crisis or who is struggling to manage their mental wellbeing. The specialist team are able to provide guidance and advice including coping strategies and to help people get further support if they need it.
We are here to provide a confidential service supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of individuals across Wiltshire. Support is tailored to your individual needs and we will always try to link in with your support network; whether that is friends, family or other professionals. Alabaré’s specially trained team will facilitate a safe space for you to talk through what’s happening in your life and will work with you to help find the best way forward. We can also help you access community resources and can link you to any extra support you may need.
Who can use the Sanctuary?
Individuals using the service must be:
- 16 years or over
- Willing and able to work with us safely
- Registered with a GP within Wiltshire

We cannot support anyone who is showing signs of being:
- In critical danger of harm, injury or death
- In need of immediate medical treatment
- Unable to work collaboratively with us safely
- Intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Opening hours: Lines are open 9 am – 11 pm seven days a week with drop-in sessions available (please ring to check availability).
