Digital Enablement for Personalised Care: Supporting Health and Care Recovery

NHS England and Improvement Personalised Care Team are excited to announce details of our September Sharing and Learning Collaborative, which will take place on Monday 6th September 1:00pm – 3:00pm.

The theme will be Digital Enablement for Personalised Care: Focussing on Health and Care Recovery. Showcasing how technology has enabled a different experience for individuals.

The event will provide a setting for professionals, volunteers and those with lived experience to make connections with others across the South West region and share best practice around digital enablement, with examples of innovation, inclusivity and aspects that have been enabled using digital technology. Discussion will also include how to minimise disadvantages for those who are not digitally enabled.

The session will bring together representatives from a wide variety of sectors including health, social care, Local Authority, Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) and others with an interest in this area. If you would like to be part of this collaborative, please email [email protected] to be sent a calendar invite with joining details. Please also forward this on to anyone who might be interested.
