If you enjoy working with children and families, and you want to help people and give them the opportunity to have a voice and make positive changes, this is the role for you. Enabling families to demonstrate how they can keep each other safe. Our Coordinators are experienced in working alongside families facing a diverse range of challenges, including mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence. This means that, no matter what your background, we are sure we can find a way for you to use your skills and training to empower families to find a way forward.
Working pattern: Flexible to suit you and the needs of each case, with a combination of working from home and traveling to see families. We are looking for people who can offer a range of time commitment from full-time to those who can single case hold.
Training: As a freelance role, we would expect Coordinators to keep up to date with and self-fund expected training, including Safeguarding and Data Protection. We have limited but discounted spaces in our training events and workshops for Coordinators working with us.
