Fit club sessions are designed to engage young people, and adults aged 17+ with special educational needs/disabilities into sport and physical activity. The emphasis is on having fun and taking part rather than being competitive. Various activities are delivered throughout the term including ball games, ball skills, relay races and sport specific activities such as dodgeball, football, athletics, boccia and kurling.

5.15pm - 6.15pm

6pm - 6.55pm
