A guided forest bathing experience inviting participants to slow down, connect with nature and reflect on the cycles of life, decay and renewal that surround us in the natural world. The session will include gentle nature-based invitations followed by time for shared reflection and conversation over tea.
No prior experience of forest bathing needed - just a willingness to explore.
