Wiltshire Council is inviting residents to share their feedback on the Community Equipment Service, currently delivered by Medequip. This may include things like grab rails, walking frames, perching stools, raised toilet seats, hospital beds, or other daily living aids provided through health or social care services. This engagement aims to understand what aspects of the service work well and where improvements can be made, ensuring better support for the community.
The consultation is being conducted in partnership with Voice It Hear It, an independent team based at Community First, a Wiltshire-based charity. How to Get Involved
If you have received equipment 6 months ago, residents can share their experiences in the following ways:
- Complete an Online Survey: The survey, available from March to June 2025, takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. Access the survey at: Community Equipment Survey Paper copies with free return envelopes are also available upon request.
- Arrange a One-to-One Conversation: For those who prefer a more personal discussion, individual phone or video calls can be scheduled, lasting approximately 20 minutes.
