Our award-winning day care at Scots Lane in the heart of Salisbury is looking for volunteer helpers

As a day club volunteer you will be interacting with our members chatting, listening, joining in or leading small activities, helping to prepare and serve refreshments.

Any special skills or talents that can enrich the day will be welcomed.

You'll also be well fed with a home-cooked lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Day club volunteers are most useful to us when they can join us for a full day on the same day of the week if possible.

We need volunteers between 9:30am - 3:30pm  on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week.

We offer you training in dementia awareness and provide on-going support to volunteer team

initially, you will meet with our Volunteer Manager and complete volunteering forms.  We do ask that you provide contact information for two referees, who are not family members and have known you for at least 2 years.  For this role, we also carry out a DBS check.

Interested?

Then please complete our volunteer sign-up form or phone 01985 624 005

or click the 'Pledge' button to register your interest and we will contact you.
