Do you enjoy dressing up or performing? We are looking for talented individuals who can help bring our amazing mascots Wilber and Marsha to life!
Our mascots love making appearances out in the community at events and cheque presentations. Our mascots are especially popular with children but we know adults love them too!
What you will be doing
- Wearing our mascot outfits at events
- Having fun, dancing and interacting with adults, children and other mascots at events
- Posing for photos with children and adults at events, and at cheque presentations with fundraisers and supporters
- Collecting donations in collection buckets
- Ensuring out Mascot guidelines are followed at all times
- Working with another volunteer who will help assist and guide you
The skills you need
- You need to be friendly, outgoing, sociable and proactive
- You will need to be willing to put on a performance
- You will need to be happy to dress up in a suit, and not claustrophobic
- Access to transport to get to events
- You will need to have a fun and creative personality to really bring our mascots to life
