The Advocacy People supports people living in Wiltshire to have their voice heard, access their rights and gain control over their lives. We provide statutory advocacy for adults under the Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, the Care Act and when resources allow non-statutory advocacy for vulnerable adults.
We provide statutory and non-statutory advocacy for children aged 5-18 and in care, with additional needs or going through Child Protection processes. We also support Care Leavers under 25.
