Nadder Community Land Trust is a community-based (not-for-profit) organisation that seeks to bring low-cost, community-led development in the Nadder Valley in South West Wiltshire, initially concentrating on the identified needs for Tisbury. We are a community benefit society with charitable status, working to secure resources that we can invest in the long-term future of the local community of the Nadder Valley Area without taking profit from it. We will achieve this through solid contractual arrangements with public, voluntary sector organisations and with private organisations and landowners.

-Legal Work
-Construction/Property
-IT skills
-Writing bids for Grants
