Our Fitness & Friendship Clubs provide a great opportunity for older adults to socialise and stay active. Each meeting includes gentle exercise to help maintain strength, balance and flexibility.
There’s also lots of time to enjoy chatting over refreshments.
This club is open to all older people in the Trowbridge area who would like the opportunity to take part in gentle chair-based exercise in a safe and fun environment. There is a small charge of £6 per session which can be paid on the door (cash or card payment accepted)
Activities offered may include Tai Chi, Kurling, Bowling, quoits, quizzes and games with plenty of time to chat over refreshments.
The club is held alternate Tuesdays at St James Church Hall, Union Street, Trowbridge, BA14 8RU, between 2pm – 4pm. New members are always welcome.
Venue accessibility: Disabled access at main entrance. Free on street parking.
