Walking group for people aged 70 and under with Young Onset Dementia and Mild Cognitive Impairment
The Alzheimer’s Society , in collaboration with the National Trust is launching a new walking group specifically for people living with young onset dementia and with a Mild Cognitive Impairment diagnosis (MCI). The group offers a friendly and supportive environment where participants can enjoy the outdoors, meet others, and stay active - at a pace that feels comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
