Funded by Wiltshire Council and delivered by Wiltshire Citizens Advice, Wiltshire Community Advice and Support Services provide advice and support to local people on their rights and responsibilities.
The service is free, confidential and open to everyone in the community. Advisers are trained to advise on virtually any issue, including:
- welfare benefits
- debt, money and credit problems
- employment
- housing
- consumer rights
- neighbourhood disputes
- education and healthcare
- immigration
- family and personal issues.
We give you all the facts and possible outcomes of different options. That way you can make the decision that's right for you.
Advice is provided over the phone, by email and online, with face to face support available for when it's most needed.
