Hello, I am a community physiotherapist working with adults with learning disabilities.  My background is in neurorehabilitation/stroke rehabilitation and working with older people.  I love helping people to be more active, it impoves health and it is briliant when it makes somone smile too. The image of stacked blocks used here was designed by a dutch researcher called Josje Schoufour, it recognises that health is made up of many things including physical activity, access to healthcare, healthy food and our social connections.

26 April 2023 10am-3pm Community Activty Day - Go Out Get Active at Melksham Community Campus Come along and share information about opportunities to get more active and gain the confidence to take part yourself or support others. Have a go at different activities and meet people who can support inclusive activity, health and well-being in Wiltshire.
