Dementia@Home was created from the extensive experience of it's founding Directors. Their collective skills ensure a blend of quality, safety, and professionalism in the service delivery. The specialist service encompasses carer respite and dementia support within the comfort of the clients’ homes. With a dedicated team of trained support , we prioritise person-centred care tailored to the unique needs of individuals with particular focus on creating life stories. We champion autonomy and individuality. We strive to deliver exceptional community-based dementia care with a warm, flexible approach. Our ethos revolves around promoting independence, respecting choice, and upholding dignity and respect for all, free from any form of bias or discrimination.
