About
We volunteer to maintain the country park

Friends of Biss Meadows is a volunteer-led group that looks after Biss Meadows Country Park in Trowbridge. We help to protect and enhance the park’s natural habitats, making it a welcoming space for wildlife and people alike.
Our volunteers meet regularly to carry out conservation work, including habitat management, litter picking, path maintenance and seasonal projects. We also work with local schools, groups and residents to encourage learning about nature and to inspire people to enjoy and care for their local green space.
Everyone is welcome to get involved — whether you’d like to join a work party, learn more about the park’s wildlife, or simply support us in keeping Biss Meadows a safe, clean and thriving place for the community.
