In my current role at St Petrocs, I work closely with the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team to drive strategic improvements and embed best practices across the organisation. Throughout my time at St Petrocs I have played a pivotal role in using effective communication and community engagement to position the charity as a leader in addressing homelessness in Cornwall, helping to ensure its long-term sustainability and success.

My experience extends beyond my professional role, encompassing charity governance both as a staff member and voluntary trustee. I have held leadership positions within Girlguiding for over fifteen years, currently serving as Assistant County Commissioner, where I provide strategic direction and contribute to the organisation's long-term planning and goals.
