I have a background in health and social care and will shortly have more time available to volunteer

I would like to explore volunteering opportunities locally and am open to different opportunities.

In my career I have provided support to people with learning disabilities and to older people and in my spare time I have coached adults and children and also helped at Riding for the Disabled.

I particularly enjoy arts and crafts, sports and outdoors, books and reading.
