I work for Wiltshires Centre for independant Living. I cover Calne and Yatton Keynell. I work alongside people who are referred to me by the GP. I connect them to activities, organisations & events by looking at what strengths they have. If needs be I will also go with them as it's a walk alongside service. They are in control I just offer support where I can.
