I am a social prescriber for Turning Point in Trowbridge and Salisbury

I have worked for Turning Point for around Seven Years. My main role is as a Social Prescriber, which entails "Get Connected" which consists of aiding individuals exiting service to positively reengage in their communities through education, training and employment. I also have developed the Recovery Community with my Manager which promotes Community engagement and activities to minimise the opportunities for relapse. I also complete Comprehensive Assessments several times a week to support my colleagues.
