Head of Community Services for Salisbury City Council
My role as Head of Community Services at SCC involves connecting with a broad range of individuals, community groups, charities and public sector organisations across Salisbury and Wiltshire. In addition to administering Salisbury Community Lottery, Community grants and cultural grants, our team also directly run a range of services including community development work in disadvantaged neighbourhoods, youth engagement work, Our Salisbury Pantry, community cafe's, work with older people and support to LGBTQ+ groups. We are keen to encourage volunteers to support our work and to ensure we are aware of what is out there to connect our residents to available support and to connect our own services with partners to add value to each other through joint working and collaboration.
